Annie took off her hard hat to spend a relaxing evening with fellow Master Builders, sharing a drink and have a chance to chat about running a construction business today.
But it was not all about business as we all appreciate the pressures of working in construction and that mental health can be a challenge. We were able to share experiences, chat openly with fellow builders and learn how we can support each other's well-being. As one person said 'it is really just good to talk and then an issue shared is an issue halved.'
A great chance to connect in a casual setting and learn how we can support each other.
Feedback after the event was very positive and everyone felt it was worth their time to come. So, we are now planning the next one!
